Dogo Kercha Washing Station Grade 1: Guji, Ethiopia

Natural Processing is a delicate balance between the flavorful composition of coffee cherries fresh from the tree and dry conditions that lock that flavor onto the beans. Collecting the effort of 1200 smallholders into this Grade 1 Natural, the villages of Dogo and Bule Hora submit to meticulous QC before cherries are submitted for processing to ensure that process succeeds from beginning to end.

The result is full of strawberry, peach, and pineapple with a baking spice finish.
