The answer, of course, is a seasonal blend called Gucci. While I’m always sourcing coffees “seasonally” (as close to harvest as possible) the Gucci blend changes with the seasonality of Rochester itself. Expect a Guatemala-forward maple, clove profile in fall. Come winter, the earthy chocolates dominate. By Spring a (likely) honey process sweet/savory balance brings out the blooms. But in summer the bright fruits and spices pop.
