Originally belonging to a larger network of growers, Entre Rios COOP became an independent entity in 2018, and immediately invested in long-term sustainability for the smallholder members who contribute to the COOP through a partnership with buyer Los Volcanes Coffee. Organic certification and market access were only two of the avenues for growth that have transformed the COOP over the past nine years, alongside quality strides reflected in the cup.
